New cultural plan for the City of Abbotsford

Susan Federspiel works as the Culture and Community Services Manager for the City of Abbotsford. She is currently coordinating the development of the new City of Abbotsford's Culture Strategy, expected to be completed in early 2021. This strategy will form the foundation for how the municipality will support cultural experiences and the heritage of Abbotsford over the next ten to fifteen years.

Her background includes a degree in sociology, and has worked in the fields of higher education and child and youth mental health.  She has a seventeen year old son and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family in the outdoors.
