SARA for Women Society

Michelle Puffer has a long history of corporate management experience, including owning and operating her own successful business for many years.

She served as Manager of Business Administration for the Salvation Army before moving on to take a senior leadership role with a large Home Health provider, following which she served as Operations Director for G4S Aviation (now Allied Universal) at Vancouver Airport working with CATSA to keep our flights safe.

For three years before moving to SARA for Women in June of 2022, Michelle was the Executive Director for Mission Community Services, where she demonstrated her passion and commitment to serving the most vulnerable members of our community. She holds a SPHRi designation (Senior Professional in Human Resources – International) that helps guide her in building and supporting collaborative teams both within the organizations she works and in the community.
