Converting donated vegetables into dehydrated soup

Fraser Valley Gleaners takes donated produce that would otherwise be thrown away and converts it into dehydrated soup mix to help feed those in need in developing countries around the world.  FV Gleaners is 100% donor-driven with hundreds of volunteer hours contributed each week.  Gleaners is also a ministry to our volunteers who are primarily seniors, providing them with meaningful work in a social setting.
