We were approached by Nick Taylor’s (Pro Golfer from Abbotsford) team. Starfish Pack Abbotsford is his new charity of choice for the RBC social media challenge. The challenge is to use #RBCGolf4Kids as many times as possible during a 5 week period. Once the #RBCGolf4Kids has been used 25,000 on twitter, Facebook and Instagram collectively, starfish pack will receive our share of $300,000 (split between 15 players charities). The campaign runs JUNE 15 until July 27.

Please let the Abbotsford Rotary Club know that Ulrika Akerstadt had a baby boy on June 11th. His name is Joel. She is married to Eric who has 3 children from a previous relationship. They have been together for 2 years and it sounds as though she has been enjoying being a step mom to his children. She was a wonderful Rotary exchange student!
