Rhonda shares her story about spending a lifetime on various diets only to end up gaining back the weight she had lost, over and over again…and then some.  In the spring of 2013 Rhonda lost her job and came face to face with the reality of her health and well-being.  She knew she needed to do something to improve the quality of her life and started a journey to take better care of herself.  In the end she lost 45 pounds and reclaimed her health.  She went on to write a book about her journey in the hopes of inspiring other people to stop dieting and start living a healthy active lifestyle.
