Visioning Session - May 5th
A Club Vision Facilitation assists key leaders and interested members of a Rotary club in achieving continuity, consistency and consensus.  The session is intended for interested Rotarians, from the newest to most tenured. 
 
The session will be on Thursday, May 5, from 5-9 pm at the Tea Room of Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford.  A quick dinner will be provided and we'll get to work! Thank you!  We need at least 30 members to participate - so yes, your voice matters!

Club Social - May 14th in Whistler

Day Trip to Audain Art Museum and lunch in Whistler on May 14.

Please note the time change - Bus is leaving Abbotsford at 8:30am sharp. 

For those of you planning to enjoy this Club Social in Whistler, here are the details:

A bus has been arranged to leave Abbotsford from the Reach Gallery and Museum parking lot at 8:30 am sharp.  Feel free to park at the gallery or in the City of Abbotsford parking Lot.  Make sure you are on Andrea's list (will be circulated again at the meetings) and that you pay the $10 per person at the meetings coming up.  What a great deal for a day in Whistler, tour of the Audain Art Museum and lunch.  Thanks Sergeant's Fund!

Rotary (LEARNING) Leadership Institute
The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a series of fast-paced, interactive, one-day courses offered to refine a Rotarian's leadership skills and increase their base of knowledge in Rotary. Courses are fun, topical, interactive, and geared toward busy business, professional and community leaders who want to be more effective leaders in their vocation and Rotary club and more knowledgeable Rotarians.
 
RLI is offered over 3 different sessions and at times a graduate course is offered. Rotarians must take the sessions in order beginning with Session 1.
 
Registration is now open and will be closed April 17th

Million Dollar Hole In One

The Million Dollar Hole-in-One Contest is our biggest fundraising event of the year running Saturday May 28th to Sunday June 5th. 

This year, proceeds will be used to support the Starfish Program. Hosted at the Fraserglen Golf Course, the top golfers everyday win great prizes and qualify for a chance to win a shot at $1,000,000 in the finals on Sunday, June 5th

 

To our members we request three things (so far):

Prizes - many hands lighten the load!  Please get your prizes in to the prize committee.  If you don't have a prize to donate, we will happily receive cash! 

 

Duty roster - Start thinking about dates and times you will be available to support our club.

 

Attend the Kick Off Lunch - being held on May 18th at Fraserglen
